<h1>SELF LOVE</h1>Love doesn't mean you should deny yourself self-love in place of loving others and putting them first. In most families, parents pick their children first, their partners next, then pick themselves last thinking that it is love and therefore very loving. Instead they get very angry with themselves living in denial and depriving themselves of self-love.“Charity begins at home.” If you have no forgiveness of yourself and you do not feel worthy of love then, you cannot receive love when you don’t offer yourself the same love you desire to be given to you for your own satisfaction.Love yourself unconditionally, give yourself a voice and express your wants, desires and dreams without guilt. Give yourself permission to stand in your truth. Quit trying to wear your familys’ love and approval then and only then, will you find peace with yourself first and your family.The old family paradigm of self denial, teaches us to perform for love and approval and shut us down to receiving the abundance we all deserve. We continue with this cycle because of the beliefs imposed on us that we learnt from our parents and our cultures during childhood.Children often internalize their parents actions which can lead to humble results. Self denial- if you do this to yourself by denying yourself what you need the most, you project your pain onto your family.<h2>Three co-beliefs that causes our loved&nbsp;and continue the performance ones to suffer</h2><ol><li>I am bad- As parents deny themselves, they get angry, feel depressed and tired, then the kids often feel that it’s their fault their parents feel that way. So the child will grow up believing that they are bad and they are the problem.&nbsp;If you believe that you are bad, you are going to work really hard to prove that you are good or you might settle and not try at all.</li><li>I am not lovable- when we deny ourselves love, forgiveness and acceptance, we try to mold our children into what we believe is acceptance. Our children then grow up believing I can’t be who I am, I am not lovable.</li><li>I don’t matter- As parents we continue with our performance, we send a message that everyones’ feelings and needs are more important than our own. Our children learn that treating yourself that you matter is wrong.</li></ol>These three beliefs, I am bad, I am not lovable and I dont matter create one massive belief that sabotages our lives.That is, I cant receive simply for being me. This belief drives us so hard and it’s why we struggle with our own relationships, money and even our own health.It is the key reason we have so much anxiety and depression in the world. The old family paradigm is grounded in guilt and shame. It creates a cycle of lack and unworthiness.<h3>Unconditional Self Love- New Family Paradigm</h3>As parents commit to loving themselves, they take ownership of their happiness.It stops the victim mentality and an attitude of gratitude takes over in their homes.As we forgive and accept ourselves for who we are, that acceptance grows into our loved ones and as we treat ourselves as if we matter, we finally feel worthy and open up to receive unlimited love and abundance.It will help us throw our beliefs and doubts away and begin to listen to our intuition. We’ll follow our passions and share our gifts with others. We will feel all we have been seeking all along, peace, love, loyalty and most of all fulfillment.In the world today, everyone is trying to prove their worth.Others don’t determine your worth but you do. You own your worth when you love yourself unconditionally which is the key to living the life that you want. It grounds you to the belief that I am enough and I am worthy of receiving love and life’s reward for being me.Unconditional self love ends the suffering. It is not what we do for our families but how we live our lives is what impacts them the most.
